What to Expect
Initial Consultation
The process begins with a conversation about your concerns, history, current functioning, and goals for the evaluation. This helps determine the most appropriate assessment plan.
Testing Sessions
Most adult evaluations involve 2-3 testing sessions. Assessment activities may include interviews, standardized testing, rating scales, and measures of cognitive, academic, executive functioning, attention, social communication, and adaptive skills as needed.
Comprehensive Report
Following testing, you will receive a detailed written report summarizing findings, diagnostic conclusions when appropriate, and individualized recommendations.
Feedback Session
Results are reviewed in a feedback meeting where findings are explained, questions are answered, and next steps are discussed.
Who Conducts the Evaluation?
Evaluations may be completed by one or two qualified practitioners depending on the referral concerns and areas being assessed. This collaborative approach allows us to provide comprehensive and individualized recommendations.
Pricing
Because every adult evaluation is tailored to the individual's needs, pricing varies based on the referral questions, areas assessed, and level of testing required. We are happy to discuss your concerns during an initial consultation and provide a personalized quote based on the recommended evaluation plan. All services are private pay; however, we are able to provide a superbill for those wishing to explore insurance reimbursement.
